Will include a pulse diagnostic, tongue assessment, and written test to determine your dosha (body type) in Ayurveda. Once figured out, we will know your Prakruti (main constitution) and then Vikruti (Imbalance).

Follow up

Will include seeing how your new diet assessment is going for your vikruti. Are there any challenges you’re facing or areas you’d like to work on?

Continue to work on a proper Sadhana (routine) for your mind, body, and spirit throughout your day.
